I don't have too much acne on my face right now and am trying to clear up all the redspots. can I use emu oil while using the regimen? if so when would i put it on?
I wouldn't use it. If you add in extra products other than what Dan suggests, you're technically not following the Regimen. You can use jojoba oil if you wish, which is just as hydrating!
