Hi, I'm a '20 guy with really bad acne. My acne is pustules but many! I tried everything + accutane but got recurrence! The only thing I have not tried is benzoyl peroxide. I'm scared to start! I have rosacea and broken capillaries, but also very severe acne: (
Can I use benzoyl peroxide with my rosacea?

Acne rosacea is a tough one, some people claim not to use BP with rosacea, but others say they see an improvement in both conditions. I would highly recommend going to talk to a dermatologist about this condition, as it can be a delicate balancing act- BP may improve your acne however may irritate your rosacea.
