i take vitamin c and vitamin k and E, but it just doesn't seem to do alot, i just don't really know what to do anymore

First off don't pick them no matter how bad you're tempted. Try some ice (in plastic), Visine maximum red. This actually helps!

First off don't pick them no matter how bad you're tempted. Try some ice (in plastic), Visine maximum red. This actually helps!

It doesn't always help but it certainly does with some. Older scars of course it won't make any difference but with fresh pimples it will because they are inflamed. The ice will too because it will take the swelling down faster than anything else. Inflammation itself causes redness. Look up the Visine trick on Youtube.
