Long story short, I used to breakout with white constantly until I changed my diet completely and they stopped appearing. Now all I have is scars that are going away and these dots

The dots, if I pop them a white puss comes out, similar to a whitehead

They are annoying because they dont go away, they make my face look 100 times worse than it actually is, what are these flesh colored bumps and how do I get rid of them? Only way ive seen them go away is to pop them and clean my face right after

I'm pretty sure the dots you are referring to are closed comedones! They're particularly annoying, and are a pain to try and pop. The first thing you should try is a salicylic acid wash.. and if you don't notice the improvement you would like from that.. then you could move on to an AHA cream. If they are REALLY stubborn to treat your next bet would be a topical retinoid.. but you only have very mild comedones, so either SA wash or AHA should do the trick! (:

Also be careful if you're using other face products while adding new ones in! You don't wanna irritate your skin!

Feel free to message me if you have any other questions! Hope this helps (:

I have used a neutragena salicylic acid wash but i stopped because it was making my skin real dry, is that something I should use daily? I still have it there

All i used is neutragena oil free face wash, and micro cleanser one. I exfoliate with sugar and water

that's because you need a face acne moizturizer, make sure it's non-comedogenic, etc.

Try adding some honey and lemon juice to your sugar for a face scrub.

Try a retinoid, like Differin, to purge those pores.
