Huge Red Bump

I've been on accutane for about 4 and a half months now (now 80 mg a day), and most of the acne is gone. Pretty much all of the pimples and acne are gone. But, there's this large red bump on my cheek. It's been on my face for over a month and a half, and it hasn't decreased in size. My regimen consists of washing twice a day with Cetaphil gentle cleanser, and moisturizing when needed with aveeno positively radiant moisturizer, which also has spf to be used as sunscreen. One issue I may have had was the use of this moisturizer too often, but I cut it down to only using it in areas needed. So, what can I do about this "bump"? Also, how can I decrease the red marks on my face? Do you think my regimen is effective while on accutane, and how should it change after I'm done with accutane? Thanks in advance

It might be side affects do to the using of accutane, 4 me it looks like cystic pimple, apply hydrocortisome 10% for swelling and redness and also to heal skin at night only. Those red marks means that your skin is trying to heal leave it alone it will take time drink plenty of water at least 2 or 3 bottles of water. Do not apply moisturizer on the red acne marks it will get worse. good luck ^.^
