I'm 23 years old and I have this acne on my body/chest since I was 13 yrs old.
at first it was not that much acne when i was younger but as I got older there became more pimples/acne.
I have been to the dermatologist who recommended me this benzyl peroxide cream to apply to the areas but after trying it for 2 months I saw no improvements.
If anyone has some good suggestions on how I can treat this type of acne
I definitely appreciate it!!
Also if I squeeze the acnes white stuff comes out I think their called white heads or black heads.

Yea some exfoliation will help. What finally healed and prevented my body acne was a simple natural body wash called Tea Tree Tingle from Trader Joe's. The main ingredient is tea tree oil, which has antibacterial properties, and is known for being an effective acne treatment. So if you have a local Trader Joe's, try that; it's $4. Or just look for body wash products with tea tree oil.

Al©m disso, se eu apertar as acnes, o material branco sai, acho que s£o chamadas de cabe§as brancas ou pretas.
