I have really bad acne on right side of my face

I'm 15 and I really have to say that acne ruined my life. I lost my confidence when i have to make a presentation or just chatting with my friends, and i believe that my friends noticed that I've become more and more quiet recently..
Right now my biggest question is, WHAT is the type of acne on my right cheek? Could it be papules or just some red spots? And how exactly do I get rid of them?
I have been using a 2.5bp gel for almost 1 month and i have yet to see good results.. I also started using lemon juice on my face last week and it stings my face so much...

From the picture it just looks like white heads you picked at. What do you wash your face with and do you moisturize?
Rub your finger over them, is it bumpy? If its smooth use Mederma or Glycolic Acid to get rid of the scars. If its bumpy get benzoyl peroxide to get rid of the pimples. If you use Glycoloc Acid, you will have an initial breakout for 2-3 weeks, probably less. It works great after that though.
