what cleanser do u use?
http://www.biore.co.uk/complexion-clearing-products/blemish-fighting-ice-cleanser
Biore cleanser containing Salicyclic acid.
thats got SLS.u should stop using that anyway.
use a bha wash(just bha- may be 1% 1st as an active ingredients).
avoid anything that has SLS.its a bad trigger.
plus am not even sure what % of SA its got.
keep the SA wash for about a minute or so and let it get absorbed and then wash off.
use it for more than 1-2 months and see if things work.
it does helps with pores.
whats ur diet and lifestyle like?
Our T zone is full of sebaceous filaments. Everyone has these and they're not blackheads even though they kind of look alike.
Steaming your nose by pressing a hot(not scalding) wash cloth for a couple of minutes twice a day will help. Follow with any topical containing vitamin c, aha/bha or mandelic acid.
Clay masks like Aztec secret Indian healing clay will help. Use a bentonite mask on your T zone twice a week. Always steam before you apply a mask it works better that way.
Moisturize your nose with jojoba oil after you cleanse and after the clay mask. Use one drop of jojoba oil for your T zone and massage in.
Vitamin C, mandelic acid, AHA and BHA are all some things to loo into for clearing out pores to make them appear smaller and tighter.
Pore size is genetic and nothing can make them smaller. There are only ways to clear pores to make them appear smaller.
thanks for the great advice.
whats a recommended BHA wash for the UK, is there anything i can get on the high street?
I'm not sure, your going to have to go check your local beauty supply stores and what ever other places sell face washes. If you can't find an AHA wash a Vitamin C wash will work just as good.
