So I used to have really bad acne which I sort of sorted out with BP (quinoderm, 10%)

But now 3 weeks after stopping using it my skin is all....weird. Small red bumps and general uneven skin tone and a lot of old red marks. Any suggestions? It goes super red after showering/touching at all.

This is how it looks now:

Red marks will generally go away depending on your skin genetics. Not sure what the question is, but pretty much your acne seems to be going away if you are experiencing small red bumps and whatnot. (Compared to earlier)

u are almost cured!

did u achieve that just with bp?

i mean..u mainly had it on ur cheek and jawline..so i am guessing it was hormonal.

u should be lucky if u got well just with an ointment and no other dietary changes.

congratulations!=)

yes,the red marks will go away.

take proper care..follow a simple,light and regular routine and the unevenness will go away as well.

It was BP but the most major change was when I cut all (but the occasional cheat) dairy from my diet
