hello friends!

today i woke up and suddenly i have these tiny lil' whiteheads(sharp looking) on my cheeks.

am not sure how and why on earth i got then suddenly.

i've been following the same routine i follow except for

#2 days ago i had one indian sweet(which is like 2 bites of cake, really),

#for about 4-5 days i've having yoghurt in fruit salad.(i had tested for yoghurt before.i had stopped having yoghurt for about a mnth and then had it twice a day for 2-3 days...no,i dint have zits then. keeping that in mind i've started yoghurt...am not sure if that's the problem.)

#i had chicken curry(not much) for lunch yesterday.

#chewing on cinnamon sticks for 2 days now.

please suggest?

my diet chart :

i'm so upset about the fact that most of my posts go unanswered.

it's utter desperation and need for some support & help that makes me write a post.

and even after waiting for days..and visiting the page every other moment even after 'no notification' on it..i see no replies at all.

it's plain hurtful.sad.png

please i need some help on this post.for i dnt think its any indulgence thats causing these.
for its been days and am still having such heads on my cheek.

I saw your other topic but you describe your problem a little differently here. I suggested that it could be food sensitivities, but if they're coming to a head and they itch, and they're mostly on the cheeks and forehead it's possible that it could be a fungal folliculitis. You could try washing with a head and shoulders shampoo. But from your other post, which might have better info, it still seems to be an internal condition

hi

are u talking abt the blog post?

i'm not sure its for some intolerance.

i did have a bit of indulgence (just a tad bit) once but then its been days n am back to normal diet.

i still see those sharp whiteheads .but i'll still keep a track.

may be its hormonal or simply for it had to happen(come out on surface).

as for fungal thingy..i wanted to ask that do shampoo help on fungal infection?

do u know anyway to stop, prevent hormonal attacks?

A head and shoulders shampoo would help with a fungal infection. Just leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and if it's fungal, it should be largely reduced within a week.

Hormonal acne is more often than not cystic. There are some hormonal treatment's I've heard of, I think spironolactone and saw palmetto are the 2 major ones. From what you've described, though, it seems unlikely to be hormonal

hi!

this morning i did the saliva test for fungal infection as they say.

and the water was almost clear.

do u think i could have topical infection if not internal?
