I have mainly whiteheads (also inflammatory pustles), it's decreasing their size. I have only been on the regimen 3 days though so it's still early.

I read some posts from people who have been on the regimen saying they broke out with loads of whiteheads and it kinda scared me off so I'm really torn on what to do! :/

I have found that benzoyl peroxide type regimens do great to prevent whiteheads. However, active whiteheads is more of a toss up.

One thing benzoyl peroxide does not do well on in my case is inflamed nodule and cystic acne. It doesn't seem to do much at all.

Have you been following the regimen as closely as it says? Maybe that's a factor that's been slowing your clearing process?
