Rob - I know this might be effecting you greatly and I totally understand how acne can make you feel but let me say this - I would KILL KILL KILL for your skin. The acne you have is so mild, it's barely noticable and you have no visible scarring. I am actually jealous of your acne and skin. Go out and smile, you deserve to.

Agree, I think you have lovely skin. Sorry to hear you are feeling so bad about it though, you are definitely your own worst critic.

Beautiful stuff being said here <3 I have to agree with the other comments. Don't be too harsh on yourself, your acne will always seem worse through your own eyes than anyone else's. I just wanted you to know that through my eyes, your skin looks great :)

It looks like most of it is around your beard area. Do you get acne anywhere else? And do they itch ever? Also, is the trimethoprim helping, and how long have you been on it?

Your skin looks normal... I still haven't seen a thread that's worse or as bad as my acne/scars .

Try some bp 2.5% wash and see if you can get prescribed the topical Differin i think it used to work really well when i had very mild acne.

I get it on the lower part of my cheeks and yes in my beard area. The pimples do seem to show up alot nearby to hair could ingrown hair be blocking my pores and causing pimples or is that possible? aslo my breakouts nearl;y always happen in the same place do you think that could be due to the unhealhty picking habit ive got? any advice be grand:0 thank you.

It could definitely be ingrown hairs. If they itch and are mostly pustular, it could be pseudofolliculae barbae.

I know acne can make people feel insecure not matter how mild, but I promise you that you are your worst critic. I wouldn't have even thought you had skin problems unless you told me so. Even then, I still can't see it haha You look great! Now go out, smile, and enjoy life with your handsome face :)
