Sorry for the disgusting picture. Any idea what I can do about these?

I'm 29 now. It's so hard to get a job. I no longer get that many cysts on my nose. I used to pop and tried needling once.

Laser and dermarollers might make them worse. After all nose skin is different. If only I could conceal them someway with makeup or something so I can lead a normal life?

Any help would be appreciated.

If lasers fail , I would say that surgery is a good option.

You mean like plastic surgery?

How much would that cost?

Any ideas on makeup?

On lasers, I've never seen any info on lasers fixing nose denting. It's always before after photos of cheeks. I've done so much searching, but I haven't found a single post-er on this site with the same situation as me.

Can you please refer me to a real life case or study that deals with laser treatments for nose dents?

Have you looked into TCA CROSS? I had this done four years ago for scarred pores on my nose and chin and it was cheap and high effective.

Well I don't know that ,but check out this video

.

I use make up and I'm a guy but as far as I know it's going to be tough to cover acne scarring, make up can't do that .

If you want to cover up some redness or uneven skin tone , make up can do that.

I would look into dermal grafts and try to get a consultation for a doctor specialised in those. TCA cross and perhaps ablative fractional lasers are also an option. Or excisions, but they may not work on the nose. These are just what I would estimate based on my own reading on scar treatments, I don't have experience in any of those except cross - and unfortunately it didn't really help my boxcars much, but may have made them a bit softer. I seemed to have better luck with small-in-diameter, deepish, sharp scars, which TCA cross made shallower and softer but bigger.

I'm sure there are products that could make them look less noticeable. Maybe look into some primers?

Hey, I saw your pictures I i really feel for you.. I had an indent on my nose as well and even though its not completely gone yet I have improved it by about 70% this is an ongoing procedure you have to perform on yourself. It's called self dermabrasion you pretty much use carbide sand paper and work slowly and carefully on your scars and the next day you will form a scab for a few days once it fall out and colleges starts kicking in you will se how it levels to the rest of your good skin.

Hi, a few things. I would absolutely not do TCA cross on your nose. You are going to make things worse, possibly widen and join scars. Someone else also suggested surgery, I have no idea what surgery they are talking about, maybe punch floats?

I see little yellow things, is that sebum/puss? I would go to a good dermatologist and get the sebum/puss production in your nose under control. There is a laser, which I forget the name of that uses vaccum suction to pull all that sebum out, then zaps the area with a laser to kill the bacteria. Look into this.

Several treatments with a CO2 or Erbium laser may also help you with the pits. But go to a derm, get a professional opinion.

MM, what concentration tca did you use to treat your scarred pores on your nose?

I have needled/dermarolled scars on my nose. Its rough. A lot more painful then say your cheeks and a more difficult area to treat in general I find. I have only done a couple treatments but I achieved some improvements.
