Shower/ wash face gentle cleanser
Moisturize
Take 1 pill
Evening
Wash Face Water Only
Night
Take another pill
Wash face/cetaphil cleanser
Apply epiduo
Let topical dry then apply moiturizer
Drink lots of water
Sounds good to me! I think the best and most beneficial part of this regimen is the water, it's a godsend for skin. I wish I could find cheap cetaphil here in the UK because the cleanser I'm using right now is really messing up my skin...I ran out of my gentle one so had to use some chemical-filled, fragrant and non-oil free cleanser I found.

Thanks! I ran out of my epiduo & can't get a refill til either Tuesday or Friday so I'll be breaking out lol & yeah cetaphil is kind of expensive
