I have had a heavy breakout on October, finally went to see the dermatologist on December and i have been on epiduo tropical cream in night and tetralysal (one a day) for a month now. first thing i noticed in a week or 2 was the inflamed huge bumpy spots turned into red scars that looks like it will take forever to heal. although i can see most my spots disappearing recently i think its starting to flare up again :/ i never had acne before in my 20 years time but now my big 2-1 is coming up i do not want to celebrate it with bumps and dry skin on my face!

also my skin has gone extremely dry!! flaky dry skins around the eyes and specially around the mouth and neck makes it impossible to use makeup to hide the red scars! the dryness increased when i changed my moisturizer from simple to neutrogena. but now i have bought Vitamin E with SPF 15 cream (superdrug brand) (heard good things about that, recommended by a friend) for day wear and niviea with jojoba oil and vitamin E (in night and on a go if my skin is drying up)

i have heard many good reviews about the jojoba oil and have ordered it.. so i will apply 3 drops of that oil in the day. i have noticed WATER is VERY VERY helpful.. i used to drink 3 bottle of water a day or more.. i stopped for few days because my water bottle was lost and my acne started to appear gasp.gif so i am drowning myself with water again.. WARNING: too much water can be harmful too!

i will put up the before and 1 month in treatment picture soon
