First of all I apologize for how unseemly these pics are, I am about 3 weeks overdue a haircut and a shave! Anyway, I get light acne on all areas of my face which normally comes and goes within a month, which is fine. However, this one block of marks has been on the side of my face for over 10 months and has shown little indication of getting any better. This acne is barely raised at all and the area of skin affected actually feels oddly smooth when I run my finger through it.
Any idea what this is and why it seems to have decided to permanently reside on my face? Thanks.
It just looks like an area that is affected slightly more than the rest of your face. Benzoyl Peroxide or a topical antibiotic will probably clear the area up if used regularly.
If it persists or gets worse, a trip to the doctor & maybe some oral antibiotics might be of use.
