try zinc oxide. it dries out the pimple and stops it from becoming any more inflamed or hurting. i find that after two nights of applying zinc oxide to any pimples that i do have, they don't hurt at all and dry out. it also prevents them from coming back. its in diaper rash cream. i dont think it works for everyone but its worth a shot.

Crush up an aspirin, mix with water or honey to make a paste and set it on there. The Salicylic acid will dry it out, while the honey hydrates and protects it. Honey is also antibacterial so it will protect the pores around it. Use organic raw honey if you can. Aspirin also helps to reduce the redness and inflammation to make it appear smaller.

 

You can also try icing it for a temporary fix, then just dab a bit of concealer over it and enjoy your New Year!
