it's the only one with e. coli that I know of. Research it a bit if the thought of e. coli makes you queasy.

That being said, idk if probiotics will help with acne. They certainly might, but it's no guarantee.

I have looked into it and I will Mutaflor. I think the Symbioflor series contains the same string but did not help much in my case, although it is supposed to be a great product.

They are helpful if you have digestion issues, witch may flare up or cause acne. If they don't 'seem' to help then something else is triggering your acne!

best probiotic is from natural fermented foods especially kefir

Here's a controversial probiotic source: someone else's feces. look up fecal transplants
