Great news thanks for keeping everyone informed I really hope it helps

Yeah me too. What did your hair loss look like? Did it start after you stopped b5?

My hair loss started while I was taking b5 and when I connected the dots and stopped talking b5 my hair loss continued.
i don’t have a receding hair line or any bald patches my hair has drastically thinned out in a diffuse pattern from the entire scalp.
ive never heard of blue toenails and it cannot be a good sign I’d definitely see a doc

So you are losing hair on the back and sides of your head too?

Yes, I really should see a doc.. but Im going to role the dice and hope its b5 doing it (I'm a damn fool).

I am currently losing more hairs than usual. At first my hair reacted positve to b5 and now this. There is no white bulb on the lost hairs though.

Maybe everything will just magically work out somehow.

I push on.

Yes my back and sides are just as thin as my hair on the top of my head sparse all over.
id never take b5 again but I understand why you have tried it again desperation I’m the same I have tried everything.
what do you think to scalp micro pigmentation??
i know it’s not ideal but at least it’ll give a look of more density

Sounds like telogen effluvium. You should eventually get your hair back. But it shouldnt take years.

Yeah the b5 experiment isent looking good. Im losing so much hair its crazy.. and the hair on top looks mad.

Micro pigmentation ey.. Not for me.. but might be a good solution for you.

Looks like male pattern baldness.. Most of the hairloss is at the temples and top front. But ugly and weird looking.. Iv looked at other mens hair with male pattern baldness and theirs isent weird like mine.

I asked a hairdresser about my beard. Told her my trimmer wasnt getting stuck anymore and cutting with ease.. and it was as I suspected.. My beard is stronger now.

Most likley Im accelerating the production of DHT.

My hair is really short atm.. It feels okey/good but I dont know

That’s interesting about your beard I would have thought cutting with ease would be a bad sign.

the only way I made my hair loss stop was by taking 1/4 bottle vitamin water lemonade (u will get small dose of b5 in there) mixed with half a bottle of 5 hour energy (no b5 is in there) every day. Tried close to a hundred supplements products etc including b complexes and this specific combo seems to be only thing works for me. Dont overdo it just 1/4 bottle vitamin water 1/2 bottle 5hr energy a day at the same time. No more no less.

I think I've figured it out. And it sounds really dumb and sounds like something we've already tried (including myself), but I think that a long term vitamin b complex is what has stopped the shedding.  Which is funny because I tried the b5 complex way back initially...but I think the combination of being freaked out by this megadosing thing and the fact that the scalp was still in the process of the initial shock shedding and ALSO the fact that I only took the b5 complex for a month all contributed to me not realizing how much it was actually helping.  I've now been taking this for 3 + months and it seems like it's slowed everything down.  Maybe this is the reason why some people seemed to be having success with biotin, some with inositol and choline (part of the B family), some with better diets (rich in b vitamins).  Something got fucked up with the way our bodies absorb b vitamins, and the solution seems to be to take b complex for the long term. Best of luck guys

I'm assuming it's Vitamin Water brand. There's a lemonade flavor with vitamins B5 and B6.

No updates on Sandalore, but unfortunately I have not been consistent. I can't find a good way to apply it since it's an oil and I don't want my scalp to be greasy. So my experience is inconclusive...

Hey boys, just dropping by to say fuck vitamin B5. Thanks.

Yeah don't we all.

@itsoveroveriknowiknow as others said, stop taking that shit, if it does that to your hair just think what else it could be doing to your body. Hair loss is a symptom of something wrong.

As an update to myself, it's been 9 years now since I took B5, I did high dose for over a year and then low dose for another 2. The last 5+ years I haven't touched it.

I don't have diffuse hair loss but classic MPB style with a receding hair line but I have to say I was losing TONS more hair back when I was using high dose b5 than what I do these days. Stopping it has been good for me. I still lose some but it's probably not that far off what a normal person would each day. It's mostly only noticeable when I apply Minoxidil.

All in all after 9 years my hairline is receded about 1.5-2 inches which I guess isn't too bad, it's obviously slowed down a lot, maybe it's almost stable now, I don't really notice it getting much worse over the last few years. Luckily I can style it and most people still would hardly notice I was receding + I've hit my 30s now and everyone else is catching up on that front anyway, a mature hairline is hardly a disaster.

An update.

I think it might be working. My hair feels soft and strong like in the good old days. Some of the mini-hairs at my temples look like they've grown a little(I think).

BUT, theres a but :( of course theres a but...

Im also getting a lots of new grey hairs. I had a few grey hairs from when I overdosed b5 many years ago but I never connected the dots. Overdosing b5 leads to deficiency in other b vitamins wich leads to grey hairs (Im asuming).

Iv decided to take a B-complex to get all the b vitamins. Hopefully this will not stop the positive things that are happening.

Hey boys, I'm stacking a shitt ton of vitamins and stuff to see if I can return to my state of once-godly hair (now it's at less than a quarter of its density and dry/brittle as shit. Plus I'm only 18. Neat.)

Here's my list of vitamins I started taking today. Cost about $70 total. Msg me for dosage, brand, details etc if you want

Colostrum
Selenium
Iodine
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin E 400
Boron
Probiotics
EmergenC for the lolz
Candida supplement (just garlic and ginger)
B complex 100 (This includes Inosital, Choline, B5 100 mg (maybe a mistake) and B7 100 mcg.
A drink of ACV with water

wish me luck, every time I look at myself in the mirror or see old pictures of myself it's tempting to slash my neck. I'll keep y'all updated

Haha the old supplement stack stage im pretty sure we have all been there i have around 60 old tubs of different vitamins, herbs, minerals in the cupboard and there all pretty useless. I dont take any supps now except for 2 ensure shakes a day. My story is pretty much exactly the same as travellers above, shedding was crazy while on b5 and for a couple of years after i stopped also. Now its fairly normal 9 years later and again definite mpb pattern. I think time is the only thing that slows the shedding down giving the body a chance to recover from that shitty poison. Anyways good luck bud i wasted hundreds of pounds searching for the cure.

i tried all of those supplement you have there bar 1 and none of them worked for me, hope you have better luck tho. Just be careful when you take a shit load of supplements together especially at 18 its easy to mess up your hormones.

If theres regrowth its slow as hell. But otherwise my hair feels good. My swirls are back. The smell is back. Everything really. This feels like my hair.

9 years ago the people around me told me not to take b5.. I didnt listen.. Got fucked! Then 7 years ago I wanted to start b5 again to see if my body now was addicted to it. No everybody said.. so this time I listened.. got fucked again.. First time I should have listend but not the second time.. I always manage to get things wrong

I got my b-comlex 2 days ago. Ill see if the massive grey hair production will stop now.. And if my toenails will be less purple.. And maybe the most important thing that my hair doesnt go back to being thin and brittle. So far so good

It might work. Cutting out b5 all togheter hasnt been working. I also hate b5 but me might have to create an alliance with it.

Im eating a b-complex plus 0.25g of pure b5 powder
