I am really desperate and don't know if anything is going to help.They are very difficult to treat. I want them gone soo badly!!! Please I would be grateful for any advice! Michelle Reece 134 Share Posted December 2, 2012 A dermatologist would be able to give you the best advice and treatments especially for raised scars. Dermatologists would do a combination of non-ablative/vascular/pulsed-dye laser, some IPL (to reduce the redness) or other scar removal methods.
