Lower Dose Of Accutane + Moderate Fat Diet = Less Long Term Side Effects?

in a couple of weeks im seeing my doctor about accutane. since accutane needs fat to be abosorbed, would having a moderate - high fat diet mean a lower dose could be taken, with the same results? also, since many people have accutane -like effects after finishing their course of accutane when taking olive oil or fish oil, (likely due to the stores in the liver), could a high fat diet prevent the accutane from being stored in the liver as much as normal, and could taking a supplement like activated charcoal prevent a buildup, which if these both worked, would greatly lessen the long term side effects some people experience?

(also, when i say fat, i mean things like olive oil, nuts, nut butters, seeds etc)

an example of dosage and macros would be this:

my weight: 75kg

dosage: 20-40mg

macros (roughly): 150g fat, 200g protein, 310g carbs

-this hits my calorie target (im trying to gain weight)

so, any thoughts?
