Hi,
I tried zinc thinking it would be great for my skin, but after about 10 days of taking 50mg/day it broke out all round my cheeks, i continued taking it in case it was coincidental but it got worse and worse and then 24 hours after i stopped taking it they stopped appearing. Has anyoneelse had this issue, I'm very confused - isn't zinc supposed to be good?!
Zinc rda is 11mg for a male, you took 50mg, you got sick... so confusing. I dont doubt that people with the most serious skin conditions might come to this website, and for them extraordinary measures might be the only option, but for most people with acne simply living a normal healthy life is enough to clear.
