Blood Type Diet

Hey everyone!

We know that food is linked to acne, and how some people for an example eat beans and there face has no effect and others have acne for days after consuming.

I found this intresting book called Eat right for your type by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. It's a very easy guide to eat according to your blood type.

I have been following it pretty strictly, and lost alot of weight haha but since I already have a pretty clear face, there were no drastic changes.

Does anyone want to try it, and log their results here?
