Where Do People Find Out What Ingredients Are Bad?

hello all,

i have bought a new moisturiser and want to check whether the ingredients are okay.

is there a website i can do this?

it is Olay Beauty fluid - Essential moisture - Nourishing day fluid

and contains.......

aqua, glycerin, sorbitan stearate,dimethicone, paraffinum liquidum,petrolatum, cetyl ricinoleate, sucrose cocoate, alanine, arginine, betaine, glutamic acid, glycine, lysine, proline, serine, sorbitol, threonine, acrylates/c10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, dimethiconol, carbomer, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, sodium hydroxide, cetyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, sodium pca, glyceryl hydroxystearate, steareth-100, methylparaben, propylparaben, disodium edta, phenoxyethanol

The following links are to websites that list comedogenic ingredients. You can research the ingredients in your product(s) and determine if any might be problematic. Remember that the further down on the list of ingredients, the less percentage of that ingredient is in the product. So a comedogenic ingredient that is in the last half of an ingredient list may or may not cause you problems.
