Learn to live with it and keep them clear!
There are topical products available over the counter that reduce the appearance of pore size, but they don't shrink them. Usually you can find facial cleansers and moisturisers that aim reduce their appearance.
As for keeping them clear, I recommend products contain Salicylic Acid, or if you would like something stronger I recommend Retin-A on prescription.
Large pores are caused by an excess in oily skin. They tend to shrink as you get older and your skin produces less oil, but for now all you can do is keep them clear.
Yours are fairly normal, actually.
And there isn't anything you can do about them, really. If you can get your body to stop producing too much oil they will LOOK smaller (but they won't actually be smaller). Only ways to really stop your body from producing too much oil is 1) hormonal treatment or 2) Accutane.
