Severe Whiteheads(?) Concentrated On My Nose. How Often Is It Caused By Allergies?

Recommended Posts

My face has whiteheads. The ones on my cheeks for the most part are really light and only show up right after showering, but the ones on my nose are very noticeable. It honestly kind of looks like the white things in this milk rash baby pic. With the ones on my nose looking more pronounced. I even have the red bumps the baby has, but it's only on my nose.

I was wondering if my acne could be some sort of an allergy? Is that common?

The thing is, whenever I look at pictures of milia or whiteheads, I'm confused because they always look like they're under the skin and skin-colored. Mine pops out of the skin and is white. Is this milia?

The red bumps in the pic up there only occur on the top of my nose, the rest of my problem are pure white colored and sticks out of my skin. Like the ones around the babies eyebrows and on the sides of his forehead if you look closely.
