Moisturizer moisturizes skin, sure, but what about getting rid of stubborn flakes?

I get those often, especially now that winter's approaching. Normal exfoliation + moisturization doesn't seem to be doing the trick. What should I do? eusa_shifty.gif

Removing the flakes from your skin is very simple. Just use a gentle toner on a cotton ball and wipe it all over your face. It picks up all the flakes.. I couldnt live without doing this everyday.

Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner. Its very very gentle.. has absolutly no drying effects. Its great at removing flakes, product residue, leftover makeup, ect.. and like it says on the bottle.. it doesnt strip skins natural moisture.
