Lecithin With Vitamin E In The Same Pill?

I've heard and read that lecithin is actually really good for the skin (even though it is omega 6/9) and at helping to digest fats and abosrb omega 3 oils; however, I've also read that most (if not all) lecithin supplements are rancid because they don't have any anti-oxidants (like vitamin e) to stabilize the lecithin. I was searching the other day for stabilized lecithin when I came across a suplement with 290 mg of lecithin and 30 IU of vitamin e.

The product is marketed as a vitamin e pill with lecithin to help your body absorb the vitamin e, but do you think this would also function as a stabilized lecithin supplement? I'm interested in trying it but want to hear what others have to say first.
