FruitBiscuits 22 Share Posted June 21, 2012 (edited) I usually workout in the morning twice a week, and wash my face with a mild cleanser which I usually use to wash my face. GorgeouslyGothic 13 Share Posted June 21, 2012 I usually work out in the evening after work, so when I shower and wash up, that's my nightly face-washing. On the days where that doesn't work out, I just wash my face midday, VERY gently. My facial cleanser is a soap bar with only 3 ingredients - olive oil, water and sodium chloride (salt) - and an extra, gentle washing doesn't seem to irritate me. I only do it on occasion though. I don't worry about closing my pores, I clean them out enough each morning and night with castor oil and/or indian clay. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
