What Do I Do With A Chin That Looks Like This?

I have tried for over 2 years to figure out what is wrong with my chin. I have huge pores as you can see which makes my texture horrible and clogs easily. I have rosacea as well but its this constant state of deep hard solidified plugs that are wedged so tight in my chin I just dont know what to to or how to treat? Is this folliculitis? There isnt a topical I havent tried but these only dry the area up more. Ive tried moisturizing and this clogs me too and only adds to the problem. The clogs differ in that some are similiar to a blackhead that you can see the core/contents and it needs to be extracted to heal. Others are sooo tiny and white and resemble little white buldges and come in clusters. Ive thought it could be perioral dermatitis but doesnt resemble any pictures. Ive tried leaving it alone but the texture turns weird and dry and hard. It then becomes worse because the skin is so out of balance and everything hardens up and becomes stuck.

My regimen has varied over time as well as supplements too. My diet is beyond healthy (no gluten, dairy, soy, eggs sugar)

Ive tried different combos of supplements like alpha lipoic acid, multi vitamin, bcomplex, vitamin C, D3, saw palmetto, L-carsinine, B5, Nicotinamide supplements, biotin, zinc and flax, fish oil and evening primrose. I recently had ALCAT intolerance testing and have always thought fish oil was something that broke me out and I did react to halibut and sardine which are what is mostly found in Fish Oil. I recently just started Cod Liver Oil so its too soon to see results.

I am 45 yrs old and all I do is think about how to change my skin. Over the years Ive had many treatments that include Vbeam, Smoothbeam, IPL, Cool Touch Laser, and facials consisting of lactic peels, sal peels and dermasweep. Most of these were for the rosacea and did nothing for the texture or changing what goes on with my chin. Literally overnight these little seed like things develop and you would think Im not washing properly or exfoliating. Its a hard balance to find as I cant wash with overly strong cleasners so I dont aggrevate my rosacea. I also have developed very fine peach fuzz all along the sides of my face and the little hairs are what these things seem to attach to. I also believe I have seborrheic dermatitis as well because I get these red patches that come and go all over my face.

I feel like a freak because my skin and texture are disgusting and I always look irritated. I also know that these things in my chin dont every go away like pimples do. At least with pimples you can see your beautiful white skin in between blemishes. My skin is gross all over. What is left for me....I just can do this anymore and my family and friends see my downward spiral. Nothing I have done has helped and I see no other options for me to try. Please someone offer something?

Im having trouble sending more than one picture as it keeps saying the file is too big. Im not sure what Im doing wrong but I might try posting it in another post.

picture way too small. I sent it from my iphone to my email and tried to pull it in that way. any suggestions?

Hi :) Well I can't tell by your pic but from what you describe it sounds exactly like my acne... after I had my first child my jawline broke out in these teeny white bumps, clusters of them, so deep down, and I had no idea what they were. I also had other bumps as well that were closer to the surface and I could extract some of them... and others would become inflamed. My texture was super gross... and like you, it seemed that more and more pores would get clogged overnight despite all my attempts. After a few months I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me Accutane. It worked wonders, but I discontinued after 3 months. I was then put on Differin 0.1 and for me, it has worked even better than Accutane. It's been about 9 weeks and I have maybe 3 tiny closed comedones now... I don't have "acne" anymore. Have you tried Differin? It might be something to think about.
