Coconut Oil Can Help Reduce Ldl, Raise Hdl, And Help With Insulin Resistance

Coconut oil is such a great thing. However, concerning cholesterol, it doesn't matter if it's Ldl or Hdl, cholesterol is not the problem, and it's all still going to stick to your arteries if you consume significant quantities of table salt, refined sugar, trans fats, vegetable oils, and other toxic chemicals. If you avoid all that crap, then your arteries won't be constantly being scraped and scarred and needing repair, which is why cholesterol builds up in the first place; it's a response by your body to try and heal itself internally.

People don't die of too much cholesterol. People die of not enough cholesterol. People die from eating like crap, forcing their body to take drastic measures to heal itself internally by sending cholesterol to the damaged areas, which in turn continues to build up eventually blocking the artery. It's absolutely mindless that cholesterol was ever deemed to be the enemy. It's mislead so many people and it's making bank for big pharma with all their cholesterol lowering medications
