Thinking About Taking Alternatives Of Accutane

Recommended Posts

I'd take Accutane, but it's just way to expensive. What other alternatives are there? I'm thinking about taking Claravis, Septra, or Bactrim. If I take those, how long will I need to take pills to cure my acne? Also, will results be permanent or close to permanent or will I have to take these meds forever?

Also, on the CVS website, nothing in the Bactrim description is there any mention about curing acne. http://c-v-s-pharmacy.com/products/antibiotics/bactrim/order/

Is that the Acne killing Bactrim?

Thanks.

I believe Claravis is just generic Accutane.

I would try a probiotic regimen first. See the link to WhiteFox's regimen in my sig.
