Increasing My Good Bacteria Via Pro/prebiotics

Hi all,

I have used antibiotics as an acne treatment and seem to become much more sensitive to foods a few weeks after stopping the medication, so i'm thinking that the couple of weeks after cessation of the antibiotics gives the bad bacteria in my gut time to grow rapidly (as I dont think I eat anything which may cause growth of good bacteria).

So what I would like to know is...

- How can I increase my good bacteria levels?

- How can I kill off the bad bacteria?

- Which UK products/shops should I use?

Also I would rather aviod dairy based probiotics (yakult, activia, etc.), i've heard of almond/coconut based probiotics, but I havent been able to find them anywhere!
