Help With Mouth Acne

90% of my acne is right by my mouth.

is there a reason why it is there?

is it something i eat?

im staying clear of milk,nuts,

and drinking alot of water,

i stopped masturbating, and wash my face once a dag with a face wash, and use benzacline and differein.

any help?

should be washing your face twice a day (am and pm). Have you been to a dermatologist? Mouth pimples can be a case of dermatitis, which is what Im going through right now.

If it's mostly your mouth (not your chin/jawline, which is a different area) it could be perioral dermatitis. It looks like acne. It is a reaction to your toothpaste. You'll need to switch to SULFATE-FREE and FLUORIDE-FREE toothpaste such as Squigle. Also check any mouthwash you are using.

For perioral dermatitis, which did not occur and which had never been

reported before the advent of fluoridation -- toothpastes, fluorides

treatments, and fluorinated cortisocteroids -- I always recommend a

non-fluoridated toothpaste.
