Just a thought about the 'new' moisturizer. Dan says he doesn't have any problems with it leaving a yellow tint to the skin, but I'm having problems BIG TIME. My job means I socialise with a lot of regular customers every day and plenty of them have asked if I've been tanning. I have to wear turtlenecks every day at the moment because the colour difference between my face and neck is extreme.

Anyway, I was thinking, could this be related to the initial dry phase of the regimen? Perhaps a lot of it is soaking into my skin, but if I have layers of flaky, dead skin on top, are they soaking in the moisturizer first and producing this yellow/ tanned look? I notice that if a little skin flakes off during the day, the skin underneath is my normal colour. Dan's been on the regimen for years, obviously, so he wouldn't have the dry skin to cause this reaction...?

Make sure you are taking the time to fully massage the moisturizer in well. Most of the time when I've gotten emails about this same issue, it's because it hasn't been rubbed in well enough. When I remind people to make sure to massage it in well and not let it sit on top of the skin, they usually write back to say problem solved.

It should completely disappear and not be visible at all.

Can we go beyond the 2 minute point that Dan recommends on the site and on every paper supplied with orders? I've always had to leave the moisturizer on for 15-30 minutes just for a layer of the product to sink in.

If you are leaving a layer on the skin to dry, then it is probably drying like a yellow mask. Massage it in well and make sure it disappears. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes though.
