Hi everyone. I haven't posted here in years, but I wanted to share something positive. (If you're like I used to be you're probably seething with disgust by now.) I had severe acne for all of my teens and a big chunk of my twenties, and I'm left with scars on my face, so I know how devastating it can be. I've been practicing meditation since 2006, though, and it's been the best things I've ever done. I have a completely different perspective now on acne/scars and their implications emotionally, psychologically, socially, etc. because I have a completely different perspective on experience on a whole. If you're sick and tired of suffering, and you're willing to give up everything to end it, and you have zero tolerance for bullshit solutions (as I do), meditation is a direct approach to realizing first-hand the optional nature of everything we experience and reducing issues of appearance to complete insignificance. Cool. Just know that you'll have serious eye strain if you do it like this square dude!
