on homepeels.com, they have 2 different kinds of emu oil. One is a refined emu oil that looks like a spray type and has a purple label, and the other is a emu oil S which is in a clear bottle with a burgandy label. Which one is good for moisurizing???

emu oil is excellent for fading red marks but i don't think it does much for other types of scars. if you pick at your face it really helps to prevent scarring but it doesn't do anything for the ones that are already there. it also works as a moisturizer but it is really greasy so i wouldn't use it during the day.

you should buy the emu oil that is 100% emu oil. i'm not sure about either of the ones you mentioned, derk, but you can usually find 100% emu oil at your local health food store.

this stuff really is great so definately try it! it is 100% non-comedogenic and speeds up healing...
