List Of Great Carbohydrate Sources For Acne?!?

SO ive been on a candida diet for a long time ago. ITs got me clear, but my energy now is way to little. Im feeling weak and just moody everyday. I want to implement some good carbs now, so i can start working out again. SO what do you guys think about these carb sources?

1.)Chick Peas(Garbanzo Beans)- Soaked Overnight, then boiled.

2.)Brown rice- Soaked Overnight, Then Steamed.

3.)Sweet Potatoe- Just Boiled Or steamed Or even microwaved.

Im staying away from Fruit, because they cause terrible farts for me . Also I actually dont eat low carb, i eat a good amount of carbs BUT they are all from Vegetables, which i dont think is enough. Where i live, they dont have quinoa. I stay away from oatmeal because gluten contamination. I really need more energy, this low energy us stressing me out and making me mooody and depressed, even if my face is clear lol..

SO what do you guys think about my list??? I tried to pick LOW GI sources of carbs also.
