What I've Found Regarding Diet/acne

I personally have found that what matters is the state of my digestion. So if I'm eating too much protein or carbs and become a bit constipated then my forehead seems to break out fairly promptly. I'm currently trying to 'normalise' my diet by not cutting anything out specifically, just making sure I eat lots of fibrous foods (as well as taking psyllium husk tablets). This also helps reduce stress levels - I'm not worrying about what I eat. Perhaps bear this in mind you guys. :-)

Please note that my skin is pretty clear so I am perhaps not dealing with such severe acne as some of you.

Too many proteins and carbs also causes more insulin production. Consider insulin resistance, even slight insulin resistance, to be a factor. Try chromium polynicotinate which helps many reduce stress and reduce carb cravings. It's also helped many with acne. Zinc shouldn't be forgotten either.
