I have been reading about cod liver oil and the benefits it may have on acne. It contains vitamin A and vitamin D. I am wondering about taking a daily supplement (one of the ones that are combined with multi-vitamins). I would not be taking any 'mega' doses!

The thing is - I finished a course of Roaccutane two weeks ago and am of course very aware of the potential for over-dosing on vit A. I am wondering if the level of vitamin A in cod liver oil would be a safe thing to take regularly?
