Will Eating While Taking Supplements Make The Supplements Less Effective?

Your really dont need E and too much E is bad. It can turn pro oxidative and also thins the blood too much.

No you should take them with food both are fat soluble so take them with a meal.

taking vitamins with food is fine, just dont take too many of them,and if you decide to take zinc def take it with food or your stomach will hurt.

I always think that with a small amount of food is better, because alone its concentrated and your body might not recognise it. Whereas blended in with other food it may register it better. Also vitamin E is fat-soluble so fat needs to be present for it to be used by the body, and vitamins B and C are water soluble so glass of water for those :)
