so i have this bottle of pills not even meant for acne but its like vitamin pills and i was wondering if the ingredients in it would be good for acne. i was going to get acnepril but heard some bad stuff about it so i plan on returning it or canceling my order but not if these pills are bad too. so here are the ingredients, just tell me if you think they sound good. thank you. :)

Serving Size is 1 pill. i plan on taking 2 a day. morning and night.

Vitamin A: 2500 IU (50% daily val.)

20% as beta-carotene(idk what that means)

Vitamin C: 120 mg (200% daily val.)

Vitamin D: 400 IU (100% dv)

Vitamin E: 30 IU (100% dv)

Vitamin K: 25 mcg (31% dv)

Thiamin (B1): 3.75mg (250% dv)

Riboflavin (B2): 4.25mg (250% dv)

Niacin: 30 mg (150% dv)

Vitamin B6: 5 mg (250% dv)

Folic Acid: 400 mcg (100% dv)

Vitamin B12: 15 mcg (250% dv)

Biotin: 300 mcg (100% dv)

Pantothenic Acid: 10 mg (100% dv)

Calcium: 200 mg (20% dv)

Iron: 9 mg (50% dv)

Magnesium: 100 mg (25% dv)

Zinc: 15 mg (100% dv)

Selenium: 20 mcg (29% dv)

Copper: 2mg (100% dv)

Manganese: 2 mg (100% dv)

Chromium: 120 mcg (100% dv)

contains: Fish(cod, pollock, haddock, hake, cusk, redfish, sole, flounder)

So does that sound good for acne, and if so, how much should i take a day? 1, 2, or even more?

thank you.

Looks like you got a good multi, it definitely won't hurt to take it.

Keep in mind you need vitamin C sources throughout the day though, preferably from fresh fruits and vegetables.
