Can Diet Clear Comedonal Acne?

I'm clear of all inflamed acne, and have been for a good few months now (yay!), but I'm still suffering with clogged pores, not loads, but a fair amount (face and chest), can these be due to something not quite right in my diet, or is this something more focused on products/skincare/makeup? I'm leaning towards it being a diet problem, because nothing I use on my face, is also used on my chest... unless there is an ingredient triggering it.

Thanks for your help.

I had the same thing. After eliminating dairy, most sugar, gluten and oils, I was still having some clogged pores. I am eliminating all grains + taking zinc to see if it helps.

no, I had a bad skin texture while I was eating a non-acne diet, even though my inflamed acne was gone..It takes something stronger to get rid of comodonal acne, like retin-A or something stronger, maybe a water fast would work since it got rid of a blackhead after I did it about 3 days or so.
