I've had acne for the past ten years. During that time, I've had 4 different dermatologists. To even begin to list all of the different regimens I've tried would be quite difficult. Along the way, I've found several things that help reduce my acne, but I hadn't found any combination that made my face clear up, until now. I know I'm not a dermatologist so I can't really recommend my regimen to anyone, but it's the only thing that has worked for me and I feel morally obligated to at least put it out here so people can try it if they so choose. Here it is.

Wash face twice a day with Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser (for normal to oily skin)

- TIP When you're massaging it into your skin, don't apply a lot of pressure and don't do is quickly. You're not rubbing your skin, you're caressing it. You may hate your skin in actuality, but, if you want it to clear up, you'd better get good at pretending that you love it.

After your face dries, moisturize the skin on your nose and around your eyes with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream (original formula, spf 15)

- TIP You only need a tiny bit on your nose. Also, you can substitute this with another anti-wrinkle product if you like it better. What's important is just that these areas get moisturized.

Apply High Time Bump Stopper-2 to the rest of your face (avoiding the soft skin around your eyes).

- TIP Apply liberally in the areas where you actually get razor bumps and sparingly in the areas where you don't shave.

Get some -Heel Cutis compositum and take it 3 times daily, as indicated in the direction on the label.

Drink 1 gallon of water every day without fail.

- TIP Trust me, having clear skin is worth making a few extra trips to the bathroom throughout the day.

Those are the five essentials. I know Bump Stopper-2 is a product designed for razor bumps. That's all I used it for initially, but then I realized the skin that the area I applied it to became zit free before it became razor bump free, so I started applying it to a larger portion of my face. Eventually I discovered that it worked all over my face. I have super oily skin. If your skin isn't super oily, this regimen might dry you out.

Other things I've found that improved my acne are Boiron Sulfur 30c and maintaining a healthy diet. If you try this out, let me know how it goes.
