How Can I Eliminate My Acne Scars?

Over the last few months, my severe acne has diminished substantially, and now I've got some scars all over my cheeks, and I'd like to know how I can clear them. Does anybody know of any home remedies or perhaps any products that would do the job? I tried lemon juice for a few days and I think it helped slightly but I didn't use it long enough to see decent results so I'm not sure. I may try it again. But aside from that, what can I use?

Heres how it looks like. So how do I get rid of this shit? I need something with immediate results. I'm tired of dealing with this crap. Also, I wanted to add that I drink a lot of water regularly, I don't pick my face ever, and I wash my face almost every night.. So yeah. I'm really hoping SOMEBODY on this forum has some answers at least. I mean, seriously. Does anybody know how I can effectively treat these scars?

i kno how u feel man. i scarred on my temples and a little on my cheeks.

DONT WASTE UR MONEY ON TOPICAL PRODUCTS, CAUSE THEY DONT WORK.

the only thing that will help with scars/craters is laser resurfacing.

im definitely gonna get the ematrix laser after im dont with accutane.

I've started using Bio-oil for a little bit to help get rid of my acne, but I wouldn't recommend it since I'm starting to break out a little bit unfortunately, though the left side of my face is starting to fade just a tiny bit.

But yeah I need help with my scarring too :/

Ok, thread update. I was just actually doing a bit of browsing and found a Youtube video and this girl recommended using something called a Derma-roller to eliminate acne scars. It's a little prickly roller that you roll on your skin a few times a day, and it supposedly helps in eliminating the acne scars by producing collagen or something. Here is a before and after of the Derma-roller.

It looks pretty effective to me.

I found a website that explains thoroughly what the Derma-Roller is used for, and it seems pretty convincing to me.

So I may pick one up if nothing else comes up.

A few times a day? It shouldn't be used more than once every week or 2!

Tbh I really wouldn't be doing that, I'd try the baby brush method 3-4 times a week, just buy one from your local market and brush your face gently whilst in the shower.

No, I meant to say at least 2-3 times a week. I think it depends on the length of the needles. It may vary for some people. But yeah.

Not like we have a choice. It's either this, or get laser surgery or something lol. It's worth a try honestly. It seems effective from what I have read and the pictures I've seen so it's worth a shot honestly.

I as well am alittle skeptical, but kinda want to give it a shot.

My derm told me only laser resurfacing can help crater type scarring and to stop wasting my money on topical stuff.

I checked the prices out, and there expensive. $40-$80 (RIP OFF).

i searched ebay and there selling for $5-15. just a heads up

Have a look in the scar forums would be your best bet. Topicals / creams etc aint gonna do jack for that scarring.

Dermaroller can be effective for some people when used with copper peptides and strong acids. If you interested in this I would recommend checking out skin biology forums as they are knowledgeable on the subject.
