Single Needling Followed By Tca Cross?

Hello there,

I am in the process of treating some icepicks with TCA CROSS, and while I've seen improvement with scars formed in the last 1-2 years, some 3-5 year old scars are proving very resistant. I'm wondering what might happen if I were to break the scar tissue down in these resistant scars with single needling and then, several days to a week later, applied TCA CROSS. Does anyone know from experience or third-party evidence whether this could yield good results?

I've noticed that no one had replied to this question but I'm very curious as well. Have you tried it anyway?? Please let me know the result!
