How Long Does Detox Last?

I've been on a no-carbs/no-sugar diet for almost three and a half months now. For the first and a half month I had some breakouts, which I thought to be my body purging. Then, let's say, another 45 days passed by and only a few new spots appeared, which it is like impossible for me. But a few days ago a big nodule has formed on my cheek and it started to concern me.

Could it still be my body purging? Or could it be because I cheated on the diet a week before the nodule showed up? But I only cheated once, when I had too much ice-cream.

Does our body become more sensitive to food after a detox?
