Still Need To Wash Face If I Have Swim Practice?

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I posted this elsewhere in the boards and got little response or help, and now that I'm going to try out Dan's regimen, I thought I'd post it here.

If I have a swim practice, do I still need to wash and treat my face that morning? / evening?

Because chlorine is anti-bacterial, as well as very drying to skin.

(And I don't know if Dan reads through here but if he does... please let me know what you'd suggest in this situation!)

For the most part it depends on the time frame. Personally I workout hard in the morning and swim in the evenings. I've found that I apply my morning Regimen after my workout/shower. When it comes to swimming, I just swim as normal and when I get out I only pat dry and let my face air dry after that. My face will get tight from the pool, so I just lightly apply some moisturizer. I don't want to redo the whole thing and this seems to take care of things. Then at night I do The Regimen to the letter. Hope this helps a little? Good Luck!
