I'd say 4/10... It's confined to your jaw, much better than on the cheeks. Don't worry so much but I understand why you feel that way

Your acne is definitely not severe it's pretty mild to me. Just us panoxyl 10BP it's a bar of soap and guaranteed to clear up I'n 2 weeks. You can find it at a walgreens. It's seriously doesn't look that bad at all. My acne is worse than that. I wish I had your skin :/ but don't we all wish we had no acne.

wait hold on. here are more pics. i even have sebacious hyperplasia. at fucking 20's i have sebaceous hyperplasia. you can see it on my forehead.

i use to use bp only. actually it was proactiv bp and it did wonders on my even worse acne for 5 years starting when i was 15. it stopped working when i was 20, so i went to the derm, and he gave me benzaclin, plexion, and minocycline. i dropped the pill after 9 months i believe or less. and sometimes i would just be on my plexion and it also did wonders. well now iam 25 and it stopped working!! so now iam going to the derm soon... but after researching, i really dont have a lot of options left considering how many antibiotics ive become immune to and i sure as hell dont want to go on accutane, cause i dont want my great hair to fall off, and i dont want the healing ability of my skin go away, cause i have had bad acne, and i havent scarred as much.

Seriously still not that bad, try using some BP. It's still better than having acne on the cheeks :/

If it helps I still think your an attractive man, so don't worry to much about it. It'll go away soon.

thats definitely mild acne.

Sebacious hyperplasia you say? Believe it or not, a side effect of benzoyl peroxide is sebacious hyerplasia. Have you seen a derm about it?

yes, i ask my derm what the skin colored bumps are, and he said it was sebacious hyperplasia. really, from bp?? where did you read that?? it kinda of makes sense since i have been using it it for like 10 years in some form and amount. :-( and i was getting ready to threat it, and bamp!! my acne medication stop working, so i was like, whats the point of treating that now, if i have acne to worry about.

i have sebacious hyerplasia as well, but it developed in some areas where i used BP (i.e. over pimples), and then over some areas where i never used BP?

Get out of here! It is really nothing to stress over in comparison to most people here. You can always grow some more beard and cover it up.
