6:3 In Grain-Fed Meat And Caged Chicken

I'm eating a paleo diet and I'd like to buy grass-fed meat and pastured eggs, but they don't sell either here. The only source of protein I have is fresh fish and I really don't feel like eating that every single day.

So, for the lack of anything better, is it alright to eat grain-fed meat?

I've read that it has a bad omega 6 to omega 3 ratio, but how much omega 6 does it have?

If I take 1000mg of fish omega 3 fish oil daily, will it balance out the meat?

What about the hormones and stuff?

Also, is it alright to eat omega 3-fortified eggs from caged chicken?
